Who we are

You're not just adopting — you're joining the family

Pawnomenal started in 2019 when our founder Patricia couldn't stop bringing home strays from her walks around Carson. Six years later, we're a patchwork of fosters, vets, dog walkers, and friends.

We stay small on purpose. Small means we remember every pet's name. Small means we call you back. Small means once you adopt, you're family — and we'll still be checking in two years from now.

Patricia texted me on day 14 just to see how we were doing. You don't get that at a shelter.
